Decided not to remove the duties applied by China on imports of distillers grains from the United States, citing continued potential damage to domestic producers.
Notes
Following a review of the countrys anti-dumping/countervailing duties on imports of distillers grains (DDGS) originating in the United States (see MPPU May19), Chinas Ministry of Commerce opted not to remove the duties in question, citing continued potential damage to domestic producers.
