Description
Allowed temporary agreements on planning dairy production and collective production decisions by farmers, farmersÂ’ associations, recognized producer organizations, and recognized interbranch organizations to reduce market volatility and to plan production levels of raw milk in accordance with the changing demand patterns. Any agreements or decisions about production should be temporarily authorized for a six-month period, starting on 1 April 2020, coinciding with spring and summer, which is the peak production season in the dairy sector.
