COLOMBIA – import liberalization (COVID-19 related, temporary measures): On 7 April, the government suspended the import tariffs for maize, soybeans and sorghum in a bid to reduce domestic feed production costs (and hence consumer prices for meat) amid the COVID-19 emergency. The tariff suspension is due to remain in place until end June 2020.
