ROMANIA export restriction (COVID-19 related, temporary measures): Triggered by concerns over possible supply shortages amid the COVID-19 emergency, on 10 April, the Government banned exports of grains, oilseeds and derived products to non-EU markets. The measure was lifted again after one week.
