Import ban lifted
Description
Lifted a ban on deboned bovine meat from Japanese cows under 30 months, ending a restriction in place since 2001, after accepting that it no longer poses a risk from BSE. China also lifted restrictions related to foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) that had existed since 2010.
