Description
Adjusted Suggested Retail Prices (SRPs) for imported rice, raising them by 2.0 and 2.4 percent for special and premium rice, respectively, to PHP 52 and 43 (USD 1.07 and 0.89) per kg. Conversely, the SRP was lowered by 5.0 percent for well milled rice to PHP 38 (USD 0.78) kg. In the case of local rice, SRPs were left unvaried at PHP 53, 45 and 40 (USD 1.09, 0.93 and 0.83) per kg for special, premium and well milled rice, respectively.
