ARGENTINA – market regulation: In a bid to encourage producers to sell their recently harvested grain and oilseed crops, in May the country’s Central Bank issued a resolution barring agricultural companies holding on to more than 5 percent of their harvest from accessing soft loans introduced to support small and medium-sized firms affected by the coronavirus pandemic.
