Description
Revealed plans to deregulate the countrys biodiesel market from January 2022, moving from the current system of regular procurement auctions to a regime where contracts would be freely negotiated between producers and distributors. The requirement that biodiesel producers source part of their feedstock from small-scale farmers would remain in place.
