Description
Postponed the planned reduction in export taxes for soybean, soyoil and soymeal to 20182019. Meanwhile, starting March 2017, soy growers in the countrys 10 northern provinces will be provided with an export tax refund equivalent to 5 percent of the free-on-board soybean price.
