A regional workshop for Central and West Africa was hosted and organized in 2009 by ROPPA for representatives from regional and national producer organizations and agribusiness to strengthen the capacity of these organizations to respond to trends in agriculture markets. A background paper was prepared on requirements for producers to become suppliers of modern value chains.
