如果不能立即扩大人道主义援助规模,面对全球气候紧急情况带来的重压,人们的生活将脆弱无比,不堪一击。粮农组织正在提供现金+和其他重要的紧急生计支持,以增加人们获得食物和水的机会,确保牲畜健康,并帮助解决其他紧迫需求,同时推进提高抵御能力和实现长期复苏的路径。要点
