EuFMDiS is a data demanding simulation model which uses many parameters for the different phases of the disease transmission and control processes. One of the strengths of the model is that values for all parameters can be provided by the user. However, given the large amount of parameter values required, this quality can easily become a weakness when the generation and provision of data to the model is taken lightly. 

The aim of this workshop is to discuss the options for improving the parameters of the EuFMDiS model that are provided by the member countries and discuss further actions.
