• integrate effective and gender sensitive communication and extension skills within your business activities;
• effectively use Lunda app for digital record keeping;
• collaborate productively with mentors, peers and course tutors.

For Mentors

After completing this workshop, participants will be better able to:  

• Facilitate a self-reflection session with a mentee; 
• Deliver effective constructive feedback to a mentee;  
• Demonstrate the use of a mentoring portfolio framework building on the veterinary paraprofessional competency framework to assist the self-assessment of mentees; 
• Describe key attributes for an ethical professional relationship with a mentee.
