12-й Международный семинар LANDNET – «Территориальное развитие – вызовы и возможности»

Данный семинар состоится в рамках более масштабной «Международной конференции по развитию сельских районов и туризму». Эта конференция организована компанией AGADER и будет проходить в течение четырех дней. В первый день все участники будут следовать общей программе, где, в частности, будут представлены четыре основных модуля конференции. Семинар LANDNET начнется со второго дня конференции и продлится два дня. В этом году он называется «Территориальное развитие – вызовы и возможности» (1-ый модуль конференции) и его основной темой является анализ коренных причин заброшенности земель и имеющихся инструментов управления земельными ресурсами для решения этой проблемы. В последний четвертый день семинара участникам предлагается, по желанию, посетить ряд мест, где реализуются проекты AGADER по мобилизации земель.

Цели семинара LANDNET заключаются в следующем:

• Обсуждение коренных причин заброшенности земель и политических мер и инструментов для борьбы с ней
• Обсуждение связей между земельной политикой и более широким развитием сельских районов
• Представление готовящегося к публикации юридического руководство ФАО по консолидации земель и обсуждение его применения.
