With the global 2030 Agenda defining multi-stakeholder partnerships as a tool for the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals, joint evaluations take momentum. Not only does the joint undertaking of evaluations result in more comprehensive evidence and stronger credibility, but also they offer an enormous opportunity for designing and implementing joint programmes in the future.

In November 2018, the World Food Programme (WFP) with FAO, organized a multi-partner event in Johannesburg to identify lessons learned from joint evaluations conducted in Southern Africa. This video presents some of the many perspectives that emerged during the workshop.
