Sub-focus Area 3.6.2 Promoting and acknowledging women as entrepreneurs and key actors in food systems
Recommendation Number: 3.6.2.e
Governments should promote the design of context-specific policies to reduce digital gaps among rural women and promote cooperation schemes to facilitate rural women’s access to the application of digital tools, digital infrastructure, and technological solutions to improve their productive activities.
The identified documents have been grouped into four categories: UN evidence-informed documents, UN normative guidance documents, UN operational/technical guidance documents and other documents that have been published by non-UN bodies.
