Good beekeeping practices (GBP): extensive list of GBP classified according to the general management operations in the apiary

Good beekeeping practices (GBPs) are a set of integrative activities that beekeepers apply to obtain optimal health for humans, honeybees and the environment. They are general measures valid for beekeeping activities and are globally accepted. They are a tool for beekeepers to successfully address the challenges face in day-to-day apiary management. This entry provides a list of GBPs for each of the general management operations in the apiary. It represents one of the two annexes of the manual "Good beekeeping practices. Practical manual on how to identify and control the main diseases of the honeybee (Apis mellifera)". The GBPs presented below are internationally recognized and can be applicable everywhere in the world.
