Marie-Odile Smets, current president of 'The Green Basket' (Au Panier Vert), and member of CUMA, uses this video to share an insight into the functioning of this successful local food production and short supply chain farmer collective in the North of France.

The Video was used as a teaching exercise as part of the BOND project when Covid-19 restricted travel, although earlier in the project 10 farmer were able to visit the French farm shop in person.
