Social FARMS is an innovative Strategic Partnership project started in November 2020 and ending in October 2022, granted under the European Union Programme Erasmus+ within the Key Action 2 Cooperation for Innovation and the Exchange of Good Practices. The project focuses its priorities on access for disadvantaged, with specific attention to persons with different kinds of disabilities for rehabilitation and therapeutic purposes.
The Social FARMS training course will address three main aspects of social farm activities: the ‘Social Farm Tutor’, ‘Social Farm Manager’ and ‘Social Farm Educator’, each targeting their own audience. 
These modules will provide farm managers, farmers and practitioners from social care and educators with the necessary tools to allow for good design and implementation of social or care farming all over Europe.
