Fish harvesting and post-harvest handling
Fish is important for good nutrition. In addition, fishery activities generate income and employment in Uganda. The mission of the National Agricultural Advisory Services (NAADS-Uganda) is to increase farmers’ access to information, knowledge and technology for profitable agricultural production. Therefore, the following technology describes the process of fish harvesting and post-harvest handling.
