The Regional Meeting on Agroecology in Latin America and the Caribbean was successfully held in Brasilia, Brazil from 24 to 26 June 2015. It was organized jointly by FAO, the Ministry of Agrarian Development of Brazil, the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC), the Specialized Meeting on Family Farming (REAF) of Mercosur and the Alliance for Food Sovereignty of the Peoples of Latin America.
