The Pamilyang Filipino Farmers Agricultural Cooperative (PFFAC) was organized by thirty three (33) founding cooperators. It is composed of family farmers, their families and farm personnel. These small scale family farmers are located mostly in CALABARZON areas with members both from south and north of the Philippines. Originally a social network, these family farmers decided to undertake the responsibility of having agriculture cooperative to serve the needs of family farmers, its families including their agricultural workers; and contribute to the rural development of their own respective farming communities. Pamilyang Filipino Farmers community is a 21st century family farming. They are one in the belief that family farming is the sustainable way to contribute to rural development. The adopt the idea that family farming plays a multi-functional roles in the community. It was officially registered in 2019 with Cooperative Development Authority and having office at Km. 108 Barangay Castillo, Padre Garcia, Batangas. Other than assisting its members on how to get started. The cooperative is responsible as well in organizing the annual National Conference for Small & Family Farmers; New & Beginning Farmers. In 2020, it will be its 4th year run as conference.
