Kyrgyz-Turkish University "Manas" is a state higher educational institution established on the basis of the Agreement between the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Turkey on the establishment of the Kyrgyz-Turkish University named after "Manas" in the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, signed on September 30, 1995 in Izmir, Turkey. The University gives its graduates state diplomas of higher education, which are recognized both in Kyrgyzstan and Turkey, as well as in countries near and far abroad. Today the University provides training in 78 programs, of which: secondary vocational education - 7 (9%), bachelor's degree - 42 (54%), master's degree - 20 (26%), doctoral studies (PhD) - 9 (11%). All programs meet the requirements of the Bologna Process.
