لجنة التنسيق للدستور الغذائي في آسيا - المنسق الإقليمي االصين
تأسست لجنة التنسيق لهيئة الدستور الغذائي في آسيا في الاجتماع الحادي عشر لهيئة الدستور الغذائي الذي عقد في روما، إيطاليا، في تموز/ يوليو 1976. وتم عقد اجتماعها الأول في نيودلهي (الهند) في كانون الثاني/ يناير 1977.
ويعمل المنسق الإقليمي من داخل المركز الوطني الصيني لتقييم مخاطر سلامة الأغذية.
وتشمل الأولويات الرئيسية للصين كمنسق تعزيز المشاركة في اجتماعات هيئة الدستور الغذائي، ودعم تحديد أولويات عمل الهيئة في المنطقة، وتحسين تنسيق مواصفات سلامة الأغذية وتسريع تنشيط لجنة التنسيق من خلال تبادل المعلومات وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة حول قضايا سلامة الأغذية ضمن المنطقة.
كما ترغب الصين أيضا في تعزيز التعاون مع منظمات المراقبة وتحسين التواصل الكفوء والفعال بين الأعضاء الإقليميين ومنظمة الأغذية والزراعة ومنظمة الصحة العالمية وأمانة هيئة الدستور الغذائي.

Timor-Leste has been implementing a Codex Trust Fund project under the guidance of WHO since 2022. World Food Safety Day/ Learning, knowledge and awareness raising in India
Food Safety Works, a food safety consultancy firm, observed World Food Safety Day with different activities through various platforms creating awareness about food safety and managing unexpected incidents that can hamper the food safety management system. World Food Safety Day/ Indian school children learn all about food safety

World Food Safety Day/ Japan seminar

Sri Lanka's initiative for a more proactive role in Codex
Sri Lanka has embarked on a capacity building exercise to contribute to and utilize Codex standards for improving the health of its consumers and better market access.
