The Salvadorian Agency for Technical Regulation (OSARTEC) works with universities to spread World Food Safety Day messages

The Salvadoran Agency for Technical Regulation (OSARTEC) as Contact Point for the Codex Alimentarius in El Salvador has coordinated with the national academic sector to raise awareness about food safety. The efforts involved the development of multimedia content in celebration of World Food Safety Day, which highlighted the importance of food safety and its benefits at the national level. Raising awareness of food safety in Ireland

To raise awareness of World Food Safety Day 2022, the Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) will share a number of images on its Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram pages. The images feature quotes from a range of stakeholders within the Irish food industry from customers to inspectors to interest groups to food businesses. Local food safety expo planned in the Bahamas

The Bahamas Agricultural Health and Food Safety Authority (BAHFSA) is planning World Food Safety Day events starting on 4 June at the Marathon Mall. New FAO-WHO leaflets now available to help us all improve on food safety

Food safety is everyone’s business, and to underline this fact, new information leaflets have been released in advance of this year’s World Food Safety Day. The leaflets examine five settings where food is sold or consumed: workplaces, traditional food markets, street food vending, schools and daycare centres and the home.
