1. The Working Party Meeting was held in Jakarta, Indonesia from 22–26 January 1980. It was highlighted by a keynote speech of the Director-General of the Agency for Agricultural Research and Development, Dr. Sadikin Sumintawikarta. The Director-General of the Directorate of Fisheries, Admiral Iman Sardjono opened the meeting (copy of their speeches are found in Appendices C and D).
