10. The Committee unanimously elected Cameroon as Chairperson and Uganda and the Democratic Republic of Congo as first and second Vice-Chairpersons respectively. The head of the Cameroonian delegation, Dr Baba Malloum Ousman, Director of Fisheries, chaired the Session. In accordance with CIFA Rules these Office Bearers will remain in office until the beginning of the Thirteenth Session.
