Summary:

Lesotho is prensently working on the finilization of Biosafaty bill to govern the use and transboundary movement of GMOs as far as Lesotho is concerned. This is coordinated by the Mininistry of Tourism, Environment and Culture, Department of Environment. This then implies that so far, Lesotho has no documentation of some sort to do with anything related to GMOs. Specifically, no regulations guide the use or safety assessment of GMOs.
