- Domestication of Radiata Pine. 2016. An expert team composed of Dr Rowland Burdon of Scion (New Zealand Forest Research Institute Ltd); William J Libby, Professor Emeritus of Forestry and Genetics, University of California, Berkeley; and Alan G Brown, formerly Chief of CSIRO Division of Forestry, Canberra have been working over a number of years on a book covering the history and development of radiata pine as an important softwood species for multi-purpose industrial use.
