On December 14, 2021, the French Academy of Agriculture host the Symposium organized by Aprifel to close the International Year of Fruits and Vegetables. The program was rich with various  interventions on the relationship between fruit and vegetables, health and sustainability, and a round table discussing the possible levers to increase their consumption.
