We wish to give a special thanks to all the eight members of the Facilitation Unit for the individual and collective contribution to GACSA’s achievements, often in challenging times since the inception of the Alliance. Financial constraints prompted the Strategic Committee, at its last October meeting, to streamline the Facilitation Unit as of January 2017, while a longer-term financing strategy is being developed, in order to keep the momentum going in a sustainable manner. It is with sadness that we must part with four members of the GACSA family, whose dedicated service and tireless commitment we wish to pay tribute to: Mr. Andrew Enow (Coordinator), as well as Ms. Dina Franchi (Project Assistant), Ms. Olga Trynkova (Programme Development Consultant), and Ms. Emna Belgasmi (Communications Consultant). Achuo, Dina, Olga, Emna – your resourceful passion will be greatly missed - thank you for your contribution! We sincerely wish you the best for what awaits you next.
