Strengthening agricultural adaptation to climate change in Senegal – part 1

The project contributes to the efforts to achieve the zero hunger objective by focusing on supporting agricultural producers, considering gender issues for the empowerment of women and training on agricultural ecological practices for adaptation to climate change. Ensuring food security and nutrition in the age of climate change is one of the most important challenges for the coming years. Funded by the Ministry of International Relations and Francophonie of Quebec (MRIF), SAGA is a multi-stakeholder collaboration project led by FAO, to strengthen the resilience of the agricultural sectors for sustainable development in Senegal and Haiti.
