A national consultation to establish the technical working group for the establishment of the national early warning system of Central-Africa is organised on December 4^th in Bangui. With national representatives from the Direction Générale de la Météorologie, Direction Générale de la Protection Civile, Direction Générale de l’Hydraulique, the national consultation will (1) identify geographic location of infrastructures for rehabilitation, (2) define the establishment of the diagnostic, (3) prepare terms of reference for the technical working group and identify members, (4) better identify the needs, indicators, geographic extent and (5) identify the necessary next steps.
