食品价格短暂下跌后继续上涨

2023年9月，玉米粉（主要主粮）价格短暂下跌后继续上涨，且同比增长超四倍。鉴于玉米粉在总体消费者价格指数中的权重，年食品通胀率从8月的18%上涨至23%，原因是国家货币小幅贬值。货币贬值也是过去数年食品价格迅速走高的主要原因。异常高企的食品价格，以及经济增长疲软，显著削弱了民众的购买力，也是导致粮食不安全现象普遍的主要原因。
