The Platform of Latin America and the Caribbean for Climate Action on Agriculture (PLACA) and the Global Soil Partnership cordially invite you to the Roundtable on the implementation of the Global Soil Doctors Programme in Latin America and the Caribbean, to be held via Zoom on Wednesday, July 24 from 10:30 to 12:30, Chilean time (UTC-4).
The purpose of this workshop is to:
- To present updated information on the implementation of the Global Soil Doctors Programme.
- Promote an exchange of experiences among the implementing countries: Antigua and Barbuda, Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Mexico, Saint Lucia and Venezuela.
- Facilitate a space for questions from participants and in particular from the next countries interested in implementing the programme: Argentina, Brazil, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and Trinidad and Tobag.
This event will have simultaneous interpretation Spanish - English.

La Plataforma de Acción Climática en Agricultura para América Latina y el Caribe (PLACA) y la Alianza Mundial sobre los Suelos los invitan cordialmente a la Mesa redonda sobre la implementación del Programa Global Doctores de los Suelos en América Latina y el Caribe que se realizará vía Zoom el miércoles 24 de julio de 10:30 a 12:30, hora de Chile (UTC-4).
Mediante este taller, se busca:
- Presentar información actualizada acerca de la implementación del Programa Global Doctores de los Suelos.
- Promover un intercambio de experiencias entre los países implementadores: Antigua y Barbuda, Bolivia, Colombia, Costa Rica, Chile, Ecuador, México, Santa Lucía y Venezuela.
- Facilitar un espacio para preguntas por parte de los participantes y en particular por parte de los próximos países interesados en implementar el programa: Argentina, Brasil, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panamá y Trinidad y Tobago.
Este evento contará con interpretación simultanea español-inglés.
