Validation workshop for the recommendations on Consortium and Partnership Agreements and the Multisectoral Financing Strategy for the implementation of the CCLME SAP

The aim of this workshop is to examine the proposed recommendations on the consortium and partnership agreements and the multisectoral funding strategy with a view to their validation and adoption by the various stakeholders as part of the implementation of the CCLME's Strategic Action Plan.

The three main outcomes expected from this regional validation workshop are:

• Recommendations on consortium and partnership agreements to support SAP implementation are presented, discussed, and validated by CCLME stakeholders.
  
• The multisectoral financing strategy involving national, public, and private partnerships, as well as bilateral and multilateral donors for the full implementation of the SAP is presented, discussed, and validated by the various CCLME stakeholders.
  
• Recommendations are made for the finalisation and operationalisation of the two documents at regional and national levels
