The project included four relevant outputs:

  • Output 1:  Access and availability of water for livestock improved;
  • Output 2: Productive and reproductive states of the core livestock breeding stock protected and restored;
  • Output 3: The food and nutrition security of drought affected poor farmers in Arsi zone restored from own production;
  • Output 4:  Livestock morbidity and mortality due to different livestock diseases reduced in five woredas of Arsi Zone.
