FAO and Türkiye Partnership

BSEC-CSFS is in the "Database of Good Practices for Food Systems Transformation"

The UN Food Systems Coordination Hub selected the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization Regional Cooperation Centre for Sustainable Food Systems (BSEC-CSFS) as a good practice for food systems transformation.

The Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization Regional Cooperation Centre for Sustainable Food Systems (BSEC-CSFS), developed under the umbrella of FAO-Türkiye Partnership Programmes, serves as a multi-stakeholder platform for enhancing coordination and cooperation on transforming food systems among the countries in the region and strengthening technical capacity of member states on SFS. The CSFS also serves as an example of successful regional cooperation and coordination on sustainable food systems, and its outputs have the potential to inform policies and programs aimed at transforming food systems in other parts of the world.
