Medellin, Colombia

FAO presents its Food for the Cities Project in Medellin - TeleMedellin (2'15)

In Antioquia, Medellin's department, only 30% of the food that is consumed, is produced in the department. Meanwhile, 50% of the Antioquia inhabitants are food insecure. The local team presents the main challenges met in the department, and provides some indications on the first activities and initiatives that will be implemented to address those challenges.
