On 5 June 2021, the United Nations Decade on Ecosystem Restoration was officially launched in Pakistan. The country has been a leader in restoration through the 1 Billion Tree Afforestation project success followed by the ongoing and ambitious 10 Billion Tree Tsunami project.

This session will be the occasion to learn more about Pakistan's success stories and the regional and global support to these restoration initiatives.
