Ingredients

papayas: 1 cup
soya, beans: 1 cup
onions: 2 tablespoon
garlic
egg, chicken: 1
flour, wheat: 1 cup
shrimps: 1/2 cup
vinegar
oil, frying: 3 tablespoon

Steps

1. Soak soybeans in water overnight. Drain off water for 5 mn and fry until golden brown. Boil in water for 45 mn. Drain, then remove bean coat. Set aside.
2. Mix flour, salt, shrimp juice, onion and egg in a bowl.
3. Add papaya, soybeans and shrimps. Stir. Deep fry. Serve with vinegar-garlic sauce.
