egg, chicken: 1
sugar: 1 29
flour, wheat: 2 29
ginger: 1 31

Steps
1. Keeping some of egg and milk mixture for decorating, combine all ingredients and knead into a smooth paste.
2. Butter an 8-inch-diameter pie pan. Press dough onto the pie pan.
3. Brush top with leftover egg and milk mixture and form squares with back of knife.
4. Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees F.) for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Press down the middle while still hot and allow to cool.
5. Turn out of pan when firm to touch. This cake should be soft on the inside and hard on the outside.
