Cassava Coconut Bars

Ingredients
coconut: 1 29
butter: 1/2 29
egg, chicken: 2
sugar: 1/2 29
baking powder: 1/2 31
cheese, cheddar: 1 29
salt, table: 1 31
vanilla: 1 31
milk, powder: 1/2 29

Steps
1. Mix butter and sugar and blend in a blender. Add grated coconut and cassava.
2. Beat eggs, then add to the batter with the remaining ingredients.
3. Mix very well then pour mixture in a well-greased loaf pan. Bake at 300 degrees F for 1 hour.
4. Increase heat to 375 degrees F for at least 5-8 minutes so that the top portion would brown.
5. Remove from pan. If cassava is old, use more milk; if cassava is very young, decrease milk.
