egg, chicken: 2
baking powder: 4 6
flour, wheat: 80 6
salt, table: 5 6
oil, cooking/salad: 80

Steps
1. Soak the cowpeas to remove the husk. Partly dry the cowpeas, then grind.
2. Add onion and salt. Beat the egg whites until fluffy and add to the mixture.
3. Mix well with dry ingredients. Roll out thinly and make into fancy shapes.
4. Deep fry and serve with drinks.
