oil, cooking/salad: 1/4 29

Steps
1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the garlic followed by the onion. When fried add the chili (if using whole dried chillies they should be quickly boiled in a little water and oil and then crushed).
2. Continue frying then add the tomato and diced meat. Continue frying.
3. Add a little water and the other ingredients and allow to cook.
4. Serve with rice.
