Steps
1. Preheat a large, heavy frying pan at high temperature.
2. Place one cup of catibia at the bottom of the pan and spread it 1 8-inch thick to make a round cake.
3. Cook one side until it becomes dry and stiff, for about 6 to 8 mn. Use a spatula to turn the cake over and cook for another 6 to 8 mn.
4. Repeat this procedure with the other 5 cups .
5. Cassava bread stays fresh for many days when kept in a closed container, either at room temperature or refrigerated.
6. It can be heaten in the oven, at 425 degrees F for about 5 mn or until golden brown.
