Steps
1. Boil tomatoes whole with the peppers and the garlic.
2. Peel tomatoes when done.
3. Remove seeds and cut in small pieces.
4. Shell and slice the garlic.
5. Cut the pepper in thin slices and add to the tomatoes.
6. Flavor with lemon juice, salt a spoonful of nhuoc-mam and a little sugar, stir and thicken
