Steps
1. Choose nice ripe tomatoes, well-shaped and smooth and as nearly the same size as possible.
2. Remove pulp and seeds.
3. Season inside with salt and pepper.
4. Make a stuffing of minced pork, fennel root, pounded cloves of garlic and a little onion chopped fine.
5. Thicken with the yolk of the egg.
6. Season with salt, pepper and nguoc-mam.
7. Fill the tomatoes and fry them in hot fat.
8. When cooked, garnish with fennel leaves or parsley.
