Steps
1. Prepare the eggplant following the recipe ''Stuffed eggplant".
2. Chop an onion or shallots and brown in hot fat.
3. Soak small slices of toast in coconut milk.
4. Boil the shrimp in salted water, clean and chop them fine.
5. Mix shrimp, pulp of eggplant, onion and pressed bread slices.
6. Season to taste and fill the eggplant shells.
7. Grease a plate, arrange the shells on it, baste with coconut milk or bouillon and place in medium oven about an hour.
