Steps
1. Open the dried peppers, remove seeds and soak in salted water.
2. When they are puffed up, pound very fine with other condiments.
3. Boil the coconut milk, add the condiments and stir well.
4. Add bouillon in quantity desired and bring back to boil.
5. Peel the mushrooms and add to the mixture.
6. Flavour with nguoc-mam salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
